Total Annual Dues: $466 per home (as of 1/1/26)
Payment Period: January 1-January 31
Dues Payment Instructions
Payment Method: Checks only. Make checks payable to Roberts Ridge Homeowners Association
P.O. Box 5722 Lafayette, IN. 47903. **Please ensure payments are postmarked by January 31 to avoid late fees. The post office no longer postmarks the day you mail an item- it may take up to 2 days for a letter to receive a postmark.
Please keep that in mind.

What's included in your dues?
In addition to administrative costs, your dues pay for the care and upkeep of all common areas of the neighborhood including the retention pond, and also electricity for the street lights. The HOA yearly dues include community-wide trash and
recycling service managed by Trash Kans (TK,) the HOA's selected provider. (scroll down for more info)
